Returns

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Custom orders or personalised items
    • Digital downloads and courses
    • Sale or clearance items

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@spiritandbear.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at contact@spiritandbear.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
